據(jù)全球能源新聞網(wǎng)3月9日?qǐng)?bào)道，日前，斯倫貝謝宣布，該公司已獲得道達(dá)爾能源一份廣泛的合同，為其在烏干達(dá)的Tilenga陸上石油開發(fā)提供鉆井、完井和生產(chǎn)服務(wù)。

該合同范圍包括為Tilenga開發(fā)項(xiàng)目提供定向鉆井服務(wù)、上部完井、下部完井、人工舉升解決方案和井口。Tilenga開發(fā)項(xiàng)目包括六個(gè)油田，多達(dá)426口井，將跨越31個(gè)井場(chǎng)進(jìn)行開發(fā)。

斯倫貝謝大西洋海岸總裁Wallace Pescarini表示，Tilenga項(xiàng)目對(duì)于加速烏干達(dá)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有戰(zhàn)略意義。斯倫貝謝致力于國(guó)家綜合開發(fā)計(jì)劃，通過環(huán)境、社會(huì)和治理 (ESG) 舉措和國(guó)內(nèi)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造支持 TotalEnergies。這將通過地方能力建設(shè)、供應(yīng)鏈本地化、教育發(fā)展、HSE管理和數(shù)字化實(shí)現(xiàn)。

鉆探活動(dòng)預(yù)計(jì)將于2022年第四季度開始。

2021年2月1日，道達(dá)爾能源和合作伙伴宣布了最終投資決定，并啟動(dòng)了包括Tilenga項(xiàng)目在內(nèi)的阿爾伯塔湖開發(fā)項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目包括在烏干達(dá)Buliisa和Nwoya地區(qū)的石油勘探、一個(gè)原油加工廠、地下管道和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施。

SCHLUMBERGER AWARDED MULTI-SERVICE SERVICE ConTRACT BY TOTALENERGIES IN UGANDA

Schlumberger announced that it has been awarded an extensive contract for drilling, completions and production services by TotalEnergies for its Tilenga onshore oil development in Uganda.

The scope of the contract includes the provision of directional drilling services, upper completions, lower completions, artificial lift solutions, and wellheads for the Tilenga development, which comprises six fields with up to 426 wells, which will be developed across 31 wellpads.

“The Tilenga project is strategically significant to accelerated economic growth in Uganda. Schlumberger has committed to a comprehensive national content development plan, supporting TotalEnergies with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and in-country value creation. This will be achieved through local capacity building, localization of supply chain, education development, HSE stewardship, and digital enablement,” said Wallace Pescarini, president, Offshore Atlantic, Schlumberger.

Drilling activities are expected to begin in Q4 2022.

On the first days of February 2021 TotalEnergies and partners announced the final investment decision and the launch of the Lake Albert Development Project which includes the Tilenga project. The project comprises oil exploration, a crude oil processing plant, underground pipelines, and infrastructure in the Buliisa and Nwoya districts of Uganda.
